My son’s driveway was in terrible condition—cracked, tilted in several directions with a downward slope toward their home. The original builder installed a drain which was continuously covered with leaves & every time it rained any significant amount (over ¼”), he would have to stay nearby to keep clearing the drain & keep the water pushed off the driveway (LAKE)--sometimes all night. Lorenz & crew came in--took the old driveway out, poured a new one, put a bit of rise in the front and changed some angles at critical spots & installed new drainage opening & larger pipe. They did a VERY NICE job. Now the Real Test: In a deluge of rain thereafter, the son went home & reported NO LAKE, NO WATER IN GARAGE OR IN FAMILY ROOM CARPET!!! Tell the guys many thanks.

We were notified by the water company on a Thursday that we had a line break. Richter‘s assessed it that evening & was able to fix it the next day! I am so thankful they were able to do this. The leak was also right under our flower bed! They saved all of the trees/flowers in that area so we could replant and hopefully save them. Grateful doesn’t even describe how we feel currently.

Lorenz & his crew always go above & beyond. Extremely accommodating when they were called upon to take care of us. The crew had the afternoon off but when the subcontractor, who needed to do their portion first for Richter to be able to take care of what was needed, showed up unexpectedly--Lorenz came to the rescue & rounded everyone up to get us back up & running.
